Magnus Electrical Services have almost completed work on a new affordable housing scheme in Cumbernauld.

Hume Road, Seafar consists of 24 brand new flats which will all be allocated for social rent.

The housing scheme was constructed by CCG Scotland using Closed Panel Timber Frame System on behalf of Sanctuary Scotland.

Magnus Electrical Services have been instructed by Sanctuary Scotland to carry out the electrical installations within the 24 flats. In addition to this we have installed the outside security lighting and the lighting within the car park.

Magnus have enjoyed a long standing relationship with both Sanctuary Scotland and CCG Scotland, which we believe will carry on well into the future.
