Ellerslie Road, Yoker, is one of Scotland’s most innovative housing projects to date.

The £6 million, seven-storey structure has been constructed using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), which is a sustainable alternative to steel and concrete.

This makes the Ellerslie Road development the tallest timber structure in Scotland, which will offer the residents of the flats stunning view over the River Clyde.

Magnus Electrical Services are proud to be a part of this amazing project, as we have been sub- contracted by CCG Scotland and and Sanctuary Housing to complete the electrical installations within the 42 high quality, affordable and sustainable flats.

Sanctuary’s Ellerslie Road flats will be available for mid-market rent in the Spring of 2018.
